The collection of deciduous teeth has been donated to the museum by Professor of Dentistry Gisle Fosse. He has since the 1970s, in cooperation with other dentists, been collecting deciduous teeth from all over the world. The collection has for example formed the base of investigations on the connection between trace elements in teeth and pollution. Research on the collection must be approved by Professor Gisle Fosse. |
